As the former Executive Chef at New York's Michelin starred tempura restaurant, Chikano, a skilled artisan, brings his expertise to Honolulu with an "Omakase" course menu starting at $160. He blends traditional Japanese techniques with seasonal seafood flown in from Toyosu, Tokyo, and local produce. The menu features tempura courses like Fleur de Sel Pepper Prawn, using "Hakata Salt" from Ehime and Hokkaido Scallop with Truffle Salt, followed by a savory shokuji course and refreshing dessert.

Sushi Omakase Course

Omakase Sushi Course, crafted by our esteemed chef, Ken Kawakami. Chef Kawakami, born in Osaka and raised in Tokyo, has honed his skills at a prestigious sushi restaurant in Tokyo's Ginza district. He later moved to San Diego, where he trained for eight years, and subsequently worked in Hawaii for 15 years at "Hilton Hatsuhana" and "Suntory." His sushi style remains true to traditional techniques, offering an authentic experience.
